How it works

Step 1 - book a call

First of all you will have a call with our dedicated client success coach and we will establish your goals and your initial focus. We will understand what you need help with. And we will determine what you need from me to help you.

Step 2 - get your plan

Once we’ve had the consultation call, we will create a personalised plan for you based on your goals and the support we think is best suited to help you achieve them.

Step 3 - access the tools

We will set you up with access to our app which includes:

  • your activity library

  • your nutrition plan

  • your workout plan

Step 4 - benefit from the support

This programme is not about us giving you a plan and walking away. We are here 100% of the time to make sure you are on track and to help you get back on track if you need it. We will have regular check ins to measure your progress, adapt plans if needed and ensure you have the right mindset to keep going. We know you can do it, you need to believe it too.
