Kev’s story
“At the start of my journey I was the most out of shape I’ve been in my adult life. I was quite low, self-conscious and didn’t feel good in myself. I had put on weight, developed a lockdown beer belly and lost all of my upper body strength. Kevin has really helped me understand the importance of consistency with my training and my diet and also staying positive. This has helped me so much not just in my physical appearance but also with my mental health. My sessions help me reset and get me back on track. Now I’m buzzing and loving life! A huge turnaround that I couldn’t have achieved on my own.”
Gordon’s story
“I’d been going to gyms for most of my life but to be honest I’d lost my way. Work got in the way, family become my priority. But I realised that I’d stopped taking care of myself. The programme has helped me get structure. I train 3 times a week and I’m much more knowledgeable about how to exercise correctly. The nutritional advice has been great. I thought I was eating well but when I started tracking what I was eating I realised that although my calories weren’t too bad I had no idea how to eat the right foods to help me build muscle. But the key is this is not a diet, it’s now my life. I’m stronger now at 61 than I was at 30!”

“Before I started this programme I was lethargic, overweight, particularly around the belly. I am an office manager in a stressful, fast-paced environment and home time used to be food and sitting on the sofa trying to unwind, but that wasn’t happening. Now my sleep pattern has massively improved, I can unwind and I have more energy to get out of the house and play with the kids. My lifestyle has completely changed for the better and I can be that Dad that goes to the park and takes them out on bike rides. This is all down to my time in the programme.
