My why …
Every single day I talk to people about why.
Quite honestly their why has to be to look after your health.
If you don't tie your why in with your daily habits then you’ll likely be on a hiding to nothing.
I mean, if you want to drop body fat for example, that's not enough. It doesn't mean much and is very superficial.
Rather, I want to drop 10lbs of body fat, to feel fitter and stronger in my body, this will improve my mental health and capacity which means i can get the most of my life and my worth.
This is tied into more than just changes to body shape, this is how those changes will make you feel and the benefits you will get from doing these things.
If your why is shit and you don't relate to it, the chances are your behaviours and actions will not align and you'll get nowhere near it.
If everyday you hold onto why you are doing things, then the likelihood is you'll keep doing things long after you said you were going to do them.
That's what a why is. It's about the benefit and values surrounding your behaviour and actions.
My why is to live as long a life as possible but make sure that when I am living that life I can do things that allow me to live my life to the fullest. To be full of energy, to get the best out of the quality years that I want. To be able to run after grandchildren, to be able to climb Ben Nevis or do any physical activity that I choose, to be a leader in my life, serve myself first and then serve others to the best of my ability.
That's My Why..
My actions are relentless. Everyday I will do something physical to improve my body, everyday I will eat quality food to improve my health and fitness, I'll drink water to hydrate my body, I’ll go to bed early to recover properly so that I am at the peak fitness for my day.
That's what I want for everyone that surrounds me.
I don't want people in their 40s living for the weekend, and trying to forget by drinking and eating shite food. That's not life. I want anyone that is reading this to live life on their own terms and to take life by the balls and get the best out of it.
It starts by establishing what you want, working back and figuring what changes you need to make along with the current positive habits you have that you can build on.
This is not easy, and many people have to work with me to establish how to tie these together.
That's what I do. I tie the pieces together to give you a clear view of everything you need to achieve success..
My why has been long established and will never change. My daily habits are the same. All I need to do is steer the course and keep going.
